Q: Can individual costs be calculated from the KPI calculations?

A: The table below shows the results of deriving costs for each manufacturing order. We can for example, see what the situation is with the low profit rate for big orders that have high external order costs (subcontractor costs). Based on this, we can search for measures that will provide strategic improvements such as lowering the costs (internal manufacture adjusting cost and lot size) of external orders.
